Branded Content Sales Manager, one of the fastest growing parenting websites, is seeking a highly motivated professional salesperson. The right candidate will be excited about building relationships by selling unique sponsored content packages to brands who would benefit from reaching our audience of modern parents. We’re a small start-up team working hard and having fun in downtown Burlington. Our inspiring, informative, and slightly irreverent content reaches millions of parents every month.


The ideal candidate will have:


  • A proven track record of sales success.
  • Experience with digital media and advertising.
  • An upbeat attitude and willingness to learn.


  • Prospect for clients, pitch new business, and generate sales.
  • Create persuasive and clear sales materials.
  • Convey client feedback to the editorial team.
  • Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.


  • Digital sales experience preferred; digital video and/or custom content sales experience highly preferred.
  • Strong relationships with senior decision makers at relevant agencies and brands.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – creative thinker, results oriented, passionate, ability to thrive in an unstructured environment.
  • Ability to understand media technology and convey it in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Passion for brand storytelling.
  • Strong organizational/project management skills.
