Peanut Butter Chocolate Tarts
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
7 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp powdered milk
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
12 oz peanut butter chips
1 cup heavy cream, divided
Combine graham crumbs, melted butter, and powdered milk in a large bowl and mix well until it starts to hold together when pressed.
Press mixture into a lined pan. If you use a 9x13 pan the tart layers will be thinner, if you use an 8x11 pan they will be thicker.
Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in 1/2 cup of the heavy cream until smooth and well combined. Pour ganache over the graham crust.
Let cool in fridge for 15-20 minutes until the top is just set.
Melt the peanut butter chips in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in the remaining heavy cream until smooth. Pour peanut butter ganache over set chocolate.
Freeze 1 hour. Cut into small rectangles and enjoy!!
There are endless other little lessons that I hope my children pick up on through gardening. I'm looking forward to the ones they point out to me someday.
From the beginning, our interactions with our children are teaching them how to express their wants and needs to eventually become independent human beings.
